anawanta is a subscription-based multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors. Customers can discover and shop from a wide variety of curated stores, while vendors can set up their own storefronts and sell their products to a broad audience.
Yes! Browsing and shopping on anawanta is completely free for customers. You can create an account, explore stores, and place orders without any subscription fee.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also view your order status at any time from your Profile → Orders page.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if they haven't been processed by the vendor. To request a cancellation, go to Profile → Orders and click 'Cancel' on the relevant order. Modifications are not supported after checkout, but you can cancel and re-order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select local payment methods depending on your region.
Occasionally a vendor may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or operational issues. If this happens, you will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days and an email notification explaining the reason.
Shipping times vary by vendor and your location. Each product listing displays an estimated delivery window. You can also filter stores by 'Free Shipping' or check individual store profiles for their shipping policies.
Some vendors offer international shipping, while others only ship domestically. Check the store's profile page or the product listing for shipping availability to your country.
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact the vendor directly through your order page. If the issue isn't resolved within 48 hours, our support team will step in to help facilitate a resolution or refund.
Sign up for a vendor account on our registration page and choose a subscription plan (Basic or Premium). Once your account is verified, you can set up your store, upload products, and start selling within minutes.
Basic gives you a core storefront with standard search placement and up to 100 transactions per month. Premium unlocks unlimited transactions, a verified shop badge, priority placement across the site, included carrier discounts, and priority support.
Vendor payouts are processed weekly every Friday for all completed orders from the previous week. Funds are deposited directly to your registered bank account or via PayPal, depending on your payout settings.
Return policies are set individually by each vendor and will be displayed on their store profile and product pages. anawanta requires all vendors to offer at minimum a 14-day return window for eligible items.
Go to Profile → Orders, select the order you'd like to return, and click 'Request Return'. You'll be guided through the process and connected with the vendor to arrange the return shipment.
Once the vendor confirms receipt of your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
On the login page, click 'Forgot password?' and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Yes. You can manage multiple delivery addresses from Profile → Addresses. You can add, edit, or remove addresses and set a default for faster checkout.
